good and bad logos

Good Logos
http://justcreative.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/applelogo.jpgThe Apple logo is a good logo because it is very simple. The logo is also very timeless. The logo also looks good in black and white, especially since the logo is sometimes shown in black and white.

http://justcreative.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/coca-cola-logo.gif I like the twitter logo because of its simplicity. The logo also fits, because the company makes lots of tweets.  The Twitter logo has a more natural look. I like the curve that makes the tail of the birds. The Logo also has a good shade of blue.

The Coca-Cola logo is a classic logo. The logo has a great font, and is very simple. The text also gives you a happy feel. Coca-Cola is also a good logo in black and white. The curls of the text also give a more fancy feel.

Graphics Design Logos
This is a nice logo because it has some meaning. This logo shows that the company comes up with ideas. The house shows that the company is run in a home. The design is also very simple. The design would probably look good at most sizes.

I also think that the logo would be perfect for a stand-alone. The logo has good colors. I do not think that this logo would look good in black and white.

I think that this is a bad logo. The color looks horrible, and the picture would be nothing without the color. I also don’t like how they put the word “art inside of creative. I also think that the picture is to complicated and that it won’t stretch well.

halloween poster

I used color, or the lack of it to make the poster look more eerie. I used the contrast of the moon and the darkness to make it more scary. I repeated the gravestones and put them in proximity to make a graveyard, which adds more to the scary feel.

I learned how to use the scissor tool. I also learned how to use appearances. The final thing that I learned was how to add brushes to paths.

Water Pollution

I used color to give a dirty look. I used shape to emphasize some of the words. I positioned the first half of text at the top because that's where the eyes look first. I used C.R.A.P. design. I made the words dark, and the background light so that they would contrast and it would be easier to read. I repeated the specks to make the background look dirtier. I aligned the drop into the center because it is the subject.

WOOF

The hardest step was getting the fur to look good. The easiest step was making the O's.
